Sample Registration/Housing List

CSV (Comma Separated Values) format

The list below is a sample registration or housing list for Roomchecks. The format for both is exactly the same.

For either list you may have other columns, which are ignored by Roomchecks.
The order of the columns does not matter. You do not need to have a heading row,
but we recommend that you include it to make the contentsof each column clear.
Below, column headings in the heading row that are in bold indicate required fields.

All rows must have the same number of columns. Missing data is indicated by commas
with nothing between them, e.g., ... "2/17/04,,Monticello" ...

If you have a comma as part of the data itself, for example "IBM, Inc.", that element of data
must be enclosed in quotation marks. See the first data row below for an example
("Arlington Growers' Assoc., Inc.").
